COVID-19 Situation Updates

Here at Sportjock, we are a family run business and we wanted to reassure our valued customers that in these very uncertain times that we are continuing to operate as normal.

Currently, shipping of all orders has not been affected but if this is to change at all, we will of course let you know.

The welfare of our customers and our team here is our priority and we are maintaining social distancing, working from home where possible and following Public Health England guidelines to ensure a clean environment and practising strict personal hygiene.

Royal Mail have stated that Public Health England have confirmed that people receiving parcel deliveries are not at risk of contracting Covid-19 and that all their staff are taking extra measures to avoid close contact with the public.

Should you need any advice at all on products, sizing or exchanges/ returns please email us at and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Should you need to return anything for an exchange or a refund and cannot get to a post office if you are self-isolating, please be assured that we are happy to extend the returns period for 90 days but just drop us an email so we look out for your order in the future.
